Obviously there are many sites that are already dedicated to physical fitness, so this section doesn't seek to compete. However, it does seek to create a link into that world by providing directions to the best resources.

In line with this site's philosophy, the goal here is to get fit, healthy and strong. It is not about body-building, reducing body fat, or anything to do with aesthetics. That will come as a consequences, but it is a bonus not an aim.

More discussion will be put into how physical fitness relates to other areas of a person -- especially intelligence.
